Deputy Registrar: As Per Rules
Deputy Librarian: As Per Rules
Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): As Per Rules

Educational Qualification

Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale.
Deputy Librarian: A Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point – scale wherever the grading system is followed. 2. A Ph.D. Degree in library science / information science / documentation / archives and manuscript-keeping.
Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): First-class Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
Sports Officer: A Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science with first class (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed). 2. Qualifying in the National level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC, OR Diploma in coaching from National Institute of Sports or from any equivalent Institute.

Age Limit

Deputy Registrar: 50 years
Deputy Librarian: 50 years
Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): 50 years
Assistant Registrar: 40 years
Sports Officer: 40 years
3 years for OBC
5 years for SC/ ST
10 years for PWD (General)
13 years for PWD (OBC)
15 yers for PWD (SC/ST)
