Salary/ Pay Scale

Dy. Manager (Finance): Rs. 60,000- 1,80,000/- Per Month
Dy.Manager (Systems)/E02: Rs. 60,000- 1,80,000/- Per Month
Dy. Manager (HRD) /E02: Rs. 60,000- 1,80,000/- Per Month
Dy. Manager (Geology) /E02: Rs. 60,000- 1,80,000/- Per Month
Dy. Manager (Survey)/E02: Rs. 60,000- 1,80,000/- Per Month

Educational Qualification

Dy. Manager (Finance): Degree in any discipline with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA)
Dy.Manager (Systems)/E02: Degree in Engg. is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Computer Science (Duration of not less than 2 years) OR Master in Computer Application OR M-Tech in Computer Science is desirab.
Dy. Manager (HRD) /E02: Degree in any discipline is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/ Management/ Behavioral Science/Trg. & Development /HRD/ HRM (duration of not less than 2 years or full time regular course of 1 year) OR MBA with specialization in PM/IR/HRD/HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years) OR PG Diploma in Social Welfare (IISW, Cal) is desirable.
Dy. Manager (Geology) /E02: M.Sc.(Geology)
Dy. Manager (Survey)/E02: Degree in Mining Engg . Surveyor certificate of Competency in COAL is desirable

Age Limit

Dy. Manager (Finance): 35 years
Dy.Manager (Systems)/E02: 35 years
Dy. Manager (HRD) /E02: 35 years
Dy. Manager (Geology) /E02: 35 years
Dy. Manager (Survey)/E02: 35 years
3 years for OBC
5 years for SC/ST
10 years for PWD
13 years for PWD (OBC)
