Educational Qualification

Technical Advisor (Boiler): Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. The interpretation of ‘EQUIVALENT’ here means any Technical Institution recognized by AICTE/UGC and not to be construed as Educational.
Assistant Director (Hindi Typewriting and Hindi Stenography): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with Hindi as one of the compulsory subjects or with Hindi Medium; Or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with Hindi as one of the compulsory subjects at 10+2 level. (ii) Proficiency in Hindi stenography with the speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and 40 words per minute in Hindi typewriting (correspond to 12000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word). One-year Diploma or Certificate course in Hindi Typewriting and Hindi Stenography conducted by Industrial Training Institute or other institutions under the aegis of the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or training imparted by the institute of State Governments or Union territories.
Assistant Stores Officer: Master’s Degree with Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Business Studies or Public Administration from a recognized University or Institute; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Business Studies or Public Administration as a subject from a recognized University or Institute; Diploma in Materials Management or Warehousing Management or Purchasing or Logistics or Public Procurement from a recognized University or institute.
Reader (Textile Processing): Degree in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry or Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute.
Senior Lecturer (Orthopaedics): A basic University or equivalent qualification is included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register. M.S. (Orthopaedics) from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.

Technical Advisor (Boiler): 50 years
Assistant Director (Hindi Typewriting and Hindi Stenography): 35 years
Assistant Stores Officer: 30 years
Reader (Textile Processing): 40 years
Senior Lecturer (Orthopaedics): 50 years
10 years for SC/ST
